Program Owners - Blocking Affiliates in EPoch/CCBill

Ok, so how do you program owners block a fraudulent affilliate from cascading a sale to another biller?

We just got another bad affiliate from Epoch. Epoch blocked the affiliate but the sales are still cascading through CCBill. CCbill can not block by epoch affiliate numbers, so the sales go through.

I don't understand why Epoch would still send the hits of a bad affiliate to our sites instead of redirecting them away.

What do you program owners do you stop this cascading mess?

Thats actually quite sneaky on Epochs part, basically Epoch is still allowing fraudulent sales to go through, but they arent bothered because its CCBill who are going to end up getting the chargebacks.

Well it sounds like Epoch has blocked/deleted the affiliate, from processing fraudulent sales through them.

The affiliate is still able to process fraudulent transactions though CCBill though because Epoch hasnt blocked the affiliate outright.

Exactly, Epoch is saying CCBill should block it. Pass the buck.

No, you can't delete the affiliate, it would just default to our main account.

Epoch should redirect the bad affiliates, but they don't.

Epoch risk management said "It actually will help you to see if either company is accepting transactions from this reseller." when I asked about deleting.

That's so messed up. You have no protection from fraud with your current setup. With Verotel I can delete an affiliate, very simple.

What happens with the affiliate link when you do that? Where does that hit go?

I can't believe there aren't more posts about Epochs inability to completely block bad affiliates from the program. It's outrageous.

Epic should have a way of blocking all sales, without scrubbing the sales through them, and then sending them on to a third party to still allow fraudulent transactions at the cost of the program owner. F'reals y'all.
