Sexy Domain Names

Lee has recently given me the task of creating new sites and choosing proper domain names for them.

I was just wondering if you ladies & gents had any suggestions/guidelines for choosing domain names? Do you have any hints on length, alliteration, niche, sound, and or memorability when it comes to these names?

What works best for you guys?

All good names names aready taken, most of them keywords, but you can try to find some good non keyword short word, which is just easy to remember. And the shoter the better.

Unfortunately, people have become to lazy to spend the extra 10 minutes it takes to find them.

Am I too stupid then? Last weekend, I was searching for more than 3 hours for one new domain. I got one - a stupid one - but very key word rich.

I have to agree. When I sit down and really crunch with the help of a few tools, I can get some good names. Some niches take longer then others but it's definitely doable.

I was amazed that such an obvious one hadn't been taken.

SO yeah.. just a bit of imagination and some time to come up with something cool.

No it isnt, we registered a bunch of them a couple of weeks back.

You just have to think about the words being used in conjunction with 'underwear'.

I buy prolly a dozen or more new domain names every month, there are loads of good ones available you just have to be creative.
