You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

    Why After All These Years...

Do those webmasters working in the straight market place still not 'get' gay porn?

It seems like for the past 5+ years at every show there has been seminar topics on marketing to gay surfers, countless articles written on the subject featured in the major mags like AVN, Klixxx, etc yet it still seems like the vast majority of those marketing straight sites just dont 'get it'.

How many time do these people need to be told there are differences between the two markets, that twinks arent hairy 40+ year olds and that the use of rainbows and pink colors on paysites doesnt mean that the site is going to attract gay surfers?

More importantly, after 5+ years of trying to 'help' these people, why do those in the gay marketplace still try?

What do you folks think, is 5+ years of being told what to do in order to create and promote gay sites enough time for even the dumbest of the dumb to understand the concept?

    Regards,

    Lee

Yes, I think so cuz I guess you are referring to the big sponsor programs with good headcount and manpower that have been around and trying to do gay for 5+ years now.

I am trying to educate some german sponsor programs (like Sexmoney) about the gay market but I gave up since it is just too tedious for me to do so and besides that I get heartburn from it - and so I quit doing it.

LOL @ Pink paysites. I still have yet to find a pink site that converts.
