Gary and I have been negotiating the purchase of a state-of-the-art gay nightclub in Daytona Beach.

If everything goes well with our accountant tomorrow we could very well be the new owners of the place by the end of April :thumbsup:

If we do get the place, we're going to be having a huge opening bash and all of you folks in or around the Florida area had better show up

So thats what we've been working on, how was the show for everyone?
