You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

Suggestions For Our Nightclub Website Remodel...

Currently the club we have purchased has a really basic, crappy flash looking site at:

    http://www.daytonasolarnights.com

We want to get this site redeveloped so it is more user friendly and better looking on the eyes with a little more information about the hospitality services we offer.

Could some of you folks offer some advice and suggestions on what you would change on this site in its current format to make it more appealing to club goers please, i have my own ideas but im trying to get as much feedback as possible before contacting designers about this work.

Also, be sure to check out the gallery section of the website so you can see what the inside of the club is like

    Regards,

    Lee

You need pictures with people in it, and make it look like they are going to get laid.

You can buy booze and food at a grocery store. You go to a bar, especially a gay bar, for the simple reason that you want to hook up, or at least hope to hook up.

The place looks really slick, though. Congratulations.

The site doesn't sell the social experience of being there. Aside from the event gallery, almost all of the photos are of an empty club and the text is vague. That isn't fun. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

Then again photos of club regulars can have a downside if they are all stiffs. Maybe you'll want to bring some people in to dress the photos up.

    Nice building though.
I post here to whore this sig.

    Aside from the people issue...
I think you should either scale up the scrolling panels, or take them out, that way it gives a little more substance to the page. In the same vein, the site needs to be fleshed out more - it's really compact. Generally when I see a club page, I expect it to be a bit more 'Grand,' to reflect the atmosphere, though there's a fine line between that and tacky.

    Humm!!

I think you need something more minimalist. Less surfer confusing. Intuitive navigation and clearer design.

I'm not seeing any people including the "hunky" bartenders or the "twinkie" cocktail servers , there's nothing which shows me the "fanciful" cocktails or the "mouth-watering" food , I'm not seeing any VIP rooms padded in velvet & satin complete with private bartender & host , I can't even locate the men's room with the "molded-cock" soap dispensers or the wall hanging "bubble-butt" hot air hand dryers. :fool: ( interpreted: I'd suggest a photographer skilled at photographing "life" and not "real estate" )
congrats on the new buisness venture.

Images of people having fun would be nice. People standing outside waiting to get in, people dancing and having fun inside would be cool. A menu would be nice to look at too.
