Cheapest method to transfer money to Euros?

I just made a bank transfer to a photographer in Poland. Our combined transfer fees were over $73 on an invoice of $600.

    Is there a cheaper method?

    Have you considered Paypal?
I think the fee is pretty low for that, and then he'd just have to pay for an exchange of currency.

MoneyGram - same fast as WesternUnion but less charges.
Epass would be most easy, but they convert $ to Euro very worse.
