How to add live cam and chat... advice?

Hey folks,

Does anyone have suggestions concerning how to add a live camshow and chat feature to a website? It would only be used periodically for a model to do a live show and interact with fans. Isn't there a java solution out there somewhere? Or what do you experts suggest?
