I am trying to get a new RSS feed only blog network set up and need to know the difference in BO vs. BA
Correct me if I am wrong, but with BO you can load up all you blogs with RSS feeds from one admin. But in doing so, the blogs that have the same feeds will all have duplicate content.
Where if you have BA, you can pull all the RSS feeds together into one database and then randomly pull posts from that DB for each blog in the network. Right?
Please help.

Blogs Organizer manages all the blogs and manages the templates and all the stuff.
Blogs Automater manages all the content. It pulls articles from RSS feeds and creates a pool of several thousand stories if you have enough feeds and publishes them randomly.
Links Organizer manages all the link exchanges, directory recips and and should help to get a descend PR on those blogs.

we've been working on the scripts all night long. If you plan to run the blogs all on RSS feeds than Blogs Automater is good for pulling articles from your database randomly and put those feeds into categories and the like. It's also better than BO for replacing text, filling keywords into article headers and headlines and is has a powerful campaign tool.
We use BO too because it helps to build the templates easily within 5 minutes for each blog and automatically fills in all the Meta Tags and Stuff. I think if want to run a huge network of blogs as you plan to do you are doing good to use both tools unless you plan to build all the templates yourself and create metatags and that stuff by hand. I think its a good investment for managing hundreds of blogs.

This is a very good post. I was just looking at these programs for the first time the other day. One question. With BO can you create normal posts on your blog or is it only for RSS posts? Also can someone post a blog that was built using these programs exclusively? So we can get a feel of how they display blogs.
You also can write, edit and post your own articles into the blogs with BO.

But seriously, thanks for posting the examples. I've heard of BO but have been unable to find any webmasters that are willing to show examples of their sites. And the template examples on the BO home page look pretty blah.
The BO templates are easily copied and pasted into a program like Dreamweaver, where you can adjust the design to your heart's content, and then just replace the BO template with your new html code. The main thing to be careful of is keeping the codes for various blog functions intact. IE where the post shows, trade link box, etc.
I believe you can do this as either a mass usage template as well as just doing it on a per site basis.
Blogs organizer has a feed randomizing function as well. When you select your multiple feeds for each blog there is a randominzing function selector that sort of accomplishes the same effect of randomizing your feeds.Correct me if I am wrong, but with BO you can load up all you blogs with RSS feeds from one admin.
