amazing free site tweaking tool !!

ok when i see something really great I just have to share it. I heard about this site tracker today from http://www.robotreplay.com ok i know you are saying yeah a site tracker so what. well this one lets you basically record the screen of the users visiting your site. you can see the actual pagers they goto and more importantly their mose movements in real time, using this i can see where people are looking on my main page as most people move their mouse where their eyes are looking. this has shown me what grabs peoples attention, where they go on the page what the try to click on in fact i can watch an entires user wandfer around the site. i use this right now for watching where new non members go in the free area, what catches their attention and what dosnt .

i have been spending all night watching people hit our main page a d watching where their mouse goes and what they try to click on and i have been able to make tweaks to the layout to improve it. i found a lot of 1st time visitors getting confused as to what to click to enter the site. its a great tool to really see how people look at your page and where.

That is interesting.

However, I wouldn't use it on any of our sites. You are sending all your stats and info about your site to this company. Who knows what they could do with it. Or if their site gets hacked and someone does something to that js file.
