i wanted to introduce my paysite and our Affiliate program .

We will promote you once you are in compliance with "18 USC 2257" there are no "2257 links" on your site.

Actually the clickable 2257 link is at the very bottom of the splash page, below the pic on the far left side. It isn't very prominent, but it is there!

Correct me if I'm wrong.... In a general public viewing area, (outside of a adult verification process ie. Someone signing up with a credit card, buying a membership, then heading into the password protected area). Doesn't there have to be a "2257 Statement along with a link" on any and every page that depicts nudity or acts of sex?

The statement is supposed to say:
18 USC 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement
and that has to be linked to an appropriate 2257 page.

We do not promote sites under any circumstances unless it physically says (somewhere on their website):

This is an adult website. The content is inapropriate for minors and appropriate care should be taken to ensure that it is not viewed by anyone less than 18 years of age.
AND
This website, and the products offered for sale within, were produced by adults, for the use of adults, and all performers depicted herein are adults ages 18 and older. (Site Name) and this website are in compliance with "18 USC 2257."

They don't have to be worded in those exact words, but at least similar. If we send traffic to a site, we basicly review that site to make sure that they have at least those terms on every page. And the models depicted on their site MUST LOOK at least the age of 21 or older. We don't promote twink or "young" niche'd sites.

while some of that is true for u.s. residents and those who work here, it's not a law that applies directly to those in other countries - it's not, after all, an international law. and some affiilates aren't in the u.s. either.

Basschick, your right. But we are very picky about the wording and appearance of the models on sites. Call us overprotective, but we call it "safe." Know what I mean?

you should have a better look at my website ....
the 2257 stuff is there since the start ...all models depicted are over 18 ,it's written at the bottom on every page ...and yes i am french...and these 2257 rules are north american ....but big brother was right ....i had to mention them ...which i did since day 1 ....

I just didn't see any 2257 information other than the brief statements that were there. I understand your in France, I did find your 2257 link. I was also just stating (also for the general public) that we don't promote sites without those statements.
