For our club would be an easy job considering all the empty places in Daytona Beach right now but damn, talk about a challenge!

So far we have seen about 15 potential locations, all of them more than large enough and would suit what we need perfectly however, getting the city to grant cabaret licenses and permits on most of them is near impossible, im just glad we already have the liquor license we need.

sounds like that same amount of fun we had looking for our new office/warehouse location. It took me over 2 months with a real estate agent to locate a build that could handle our needs and have the owner allow us to move in and operate out of it. Not so much fun.
