New iPhone 3g version coming!

Hey guys,

I was first curious if the people on here that bought the iPhone still used and liked them?

I am asking because the 3g iPhone is coming out it looks like here in June, within a few weeks and I was considering switching from my BlackBerry to the iPhone.

Also will any of you upgrade to the 3g (much faster network) iPhone?

I am going to at least try the new 3g version iPhone when they launch it in a few weeks.

I was curious what people's feed back was on it. I remember quite a few people from the board bought one when they came out.

I bought my Mac laptop almost a year ago and still love using it every day.

I usually agree, but the iPhone got it right the first time. I love it. I don't think I'll upgrade right away since it does everything I need right now.

My current phone with Verizon is very old and the contract is up next month and I cant fucking wait to throw it away get an iphone. I'm getting the new 3g and I dont care how much it costs.
Im like this :cheekymonkey: counting the minutes until i can buy it.

It's going to be a fucking dream when I have to wait in a long line at the doctors or train station or wherever and just whip out my iPhone and get online and work.

I love my iPhone *hugs iphone* Unfortunately I only bought a 4gig and then they came out with a 16gig a couple of months later and dropped the 4gig all together... but I still love it.

Yes, I am getting excited as well! I've used blackberry for 8 years, I am ready to try something new and exciting.

Next Monday it will be announced and supposedly that day or a week later the new 3g iPhone will be available and I will be waiting in line to snag one.

Love the iPhone, but don't like the service (AT&T). Dropped calls and weak coverage in a lot of areas. I liked Spint's service better. Wish you could pick which network to use.

I bought mine on day one and will upgrade to 3G the day it comes out.
As far as problems with the phone and how apple handles it, I took mine to the apple store and told them I thought the battery wasn't lasting as long as it used to. They handed me a new one. no questions asked.

what kind of battery life are you getting on them ?

the couple of people i know that have iphones only get about 24 hours on the battery which IMO is total crap and useless ...
