A Good Alternative to Cafe Press?

Can anyone recommend an alternative site to Cafe Press? We have gone through all of the trouble to design a large amount of merchandise through their site and geared up to "open" our online store, and now no one can get into the damn thing. Customer service is a joke, even at the corporate level, and so I am looking for a comparable site to design our own merchandise and have it fabricated and sold through the site. We chose Cafe Press because there were no minimum order requirements for production, so that would be a definite prerequisite in a replacement site! I hope someone can help because I really want to get this off the ground before leaving for XBIZ Summer Forum!

We switched over to Spreadshirt.com a while back. At first, their customer support and product quality was decent, not great. Lately, it's been horrible. I'd stay away.

Zazzle.com does custom shirts and other stuff with no minimums, and has the best interface I've ever seen for creating and refining new artwork.

Also, I've so far been really impressed with the quality of their wearables, and they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee even on their custom printed materials.

Their printing is some sort of patented process that isn't a crappy transfer, and they claim it's as durable as conventional screen printing.

I have limited experience with them but so far have been very happy. Even their return process is simple.

I don't think they do stuff that's blatantly adult but if there's no nudity they would probably be fine with it.

After much searching and trials over the weekend, we have chosen Zazzle.com to replace our Cafe Press storefront. They offer all the services of Cafe Press and one option that our graphics designer REALLY likes. You can decide WHERE on the t shirt you want the graphics to appear. Top, bottom, side, front, back even sleeve. The other sites seemed to have fairly limited options for logo placement. You can visit http://www.zazzle.com/collegeboyslive if you'd like to see the new storefront!

thank you, again, to Chip for the recommendation!

sad to say today zazzle removed our store and closed our account. here is the reason:

Unfortunately it has come to our attention that the images that you are uploading to the Zazzle Marketplace are images from an adult website. Per our user agreement we will be unable to carry any images that are considered to be pornographic in nature, images of an individuals involved in the adult industry and/or have url's on products that lead to an adult website.

we have the collegeboyslive.com name on the designs. so basically they want nothing even remotely to do with adult.
