Our members are very happy with them. We've had CBL for 3 weeks now and our members cancellations have decreased. We actually offer our email addresses to our customers in the members area. And we truly sit down and read everyone of their emails and respond to them within a timely manner. (Usually immediately). Our members are very happy that we've added CBL to our members area.
