Sebastian's Studios Hires 3 New Webmasters

Last week we put out classified ads out in the area, newspapers, etc. that we are hiring webmasters.
We interviewed candidates last week, if we were interested in them they would come back for their 2nd interview today.
We interviewed 6 candidates today. Only 3 were given the webmaster position.

Currently, we have 12 membersites going good and strong. We have over 300 online DVD stores going good and strong as well.
We have aprox. 100 further sites that promote the above sites.

By the end of 2008 we plan to take our current 12 membersites to over 500 membersites. We are working on launching a Content Sales Site (as mentioned in another thread), we want to triple our number of DVD Stores, re-do and re-launch our affiliate program at SebastianBucks.com, launch a download to own site, and more.

Sebastian's Studios currently has 4 individuals working. With the 3 new webmasters, our goals are looking very promising.

We are very excited to bring on these 3 new webmasters. Many great things are happening, and better yet... once everything is cleaned up and re-launched... our affiliates will be very happy as well! :broccoli:

Didn't momma ever teach you? If you don't have anything NICE to say, don't say anything at all. I think it's great that Sebastian Pass is doing well and that they are looking ahead to the future with great ideas and creative innovations. Strolling in here and bashing someone for being excited about their business is childish. If you've had bad dealings with JJ in the past, so be it. Not everyone has perfect experiences with every business they deal with. When are we gonna start supporting each other instead of taking every opportunity we get to slam the other guy? It just pisses me off!

If you gotta tell people how well you're doing, then you're first just needing to convince yourself that you are doing well, and second you're needing to tell us because it ain't happening in reality..

And then the Board Hogging... it just needs to go away...

If it wasn't obvious before, it is obvious now that sebastian/derek are the same person as with the 3 new hires they only have 4 people working there. If they weren't the same then they would have 5 people working. Oh and congrats on the hiring, I can't wait to see the drama that results.

What kind of ego needs to tell anyone, let alone a bunch of webmasters, that they hired 3 webmasters?

And how dumb are we to think that they placed newspaper ads in that part of the country and found adult webmasters! hahahaha

Sorry, I'm with Rocky on this one. People need to be able to speak their minds and call bullsh*t when they see it. There's far too much hand-shaking and ass-kissing going around the boards and-- while I'm all in favor of positivity-- I think honesty should be a higher priority. I think this is one of those cases where it's time to call a spade a spade.

I'm also glad to see someone's carrying on Northeastern Pennsylvania's longstanding tradition of integrity in gay pornography....

Unfortunately, I stand corrected. I stuck my neck out for someone who it turns out really is the big flake everyone in here has made him out to be. I personally apologize to Rocky for accusing him of flaming, when he was actually just relaying the truth! My apologies guys. I will still give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this one goes on the no no list!
