Well, I came across a blog that lives from stolen content. Whenever site owners found out about their material being there, apparently they made the owner taking down their pics/videos and put up a reseller link to their site instead.
While I find it quite questionable to support a blog like this at all, well, it's their decision to work with thieves and scum.
However, about a week ago the blog owner started to use PayPal to ask for donations, so visitors can view the whole content of "his" blog or download zipped files of whole photo sets.
Now I think PayPal doesn't allow merchandising pornographic material or at least that's what I've heard and understand from their terms and conditions.
Because from a previous issue about non adult business with their European branch I don't use PayPal anymore and don't have an account with them, but it seems to be impossible to send them a message if you are not a "member". I've been through their site for any address to contact, but you always need to login first to send them anything.
So is there any way to contact them without signing up or have you contacted them about a similar case of content theft/using their services against their terms and conditions? Any advice would be really appreciated.
