QT Vid Clips - Chopping up a full-length vid

do you guys know of any programs that'll take a full-length QT vid and chop it up into short clips without having to re-encode?

the only programs i know of only do this for WMV and AVI, but not for QT.

    thanks

if you have a batch encoder, why not cut up your wmvs and then encode them to quicktime?

I think you can do that with QuickTime Pro, can't you?

Actually, I just did one myself using nothing but QuickTime Player 7.4.1 on the Mac.

thanks pattie! i can always cut up the raw AVI and then encode them into WMV and QT in Sorenson, but was was looking for an easier solution that would take the final WMV and QT files and cut them up, so as so avoid encoding a second time.

and Alex_Manifest_M, this is all being done on a PC
