Need A Tube Site Design Making

Are there any designers around that can put together a nice looking tube style website design using CSS and HTML, not wanting to use any scripts as this will be for a 'fake' tube site project im about to start working on.

If you have any samples of previous tube style designs you have done if you could post a couple of links to those designs in your portfolio it would be appreciated.

Unfortunately i cant use a template for this project, it has to be pure css/html.

Bec, why do you call that "fake" ?

Because it won't be open to surfer or other webmaster submissions. Suppose it could also be considered a "closed tube".

Looks like a nice project Bec I just read a bit through that thread and I'm quite interested as we're working on some legal (fake) tube sites, too.

We plan to use STXT though because it seems to be much easier than the way you're doing it with wordpress. Are there any advantages in using wordpress apart from the SE friendlyness?

We would be happy to join in that project, I will post some thoughts in that thread soon

Has more to do with my running a webmaster blog site. At some point a how to tutorial will go on the site. I look at all sorts of things that have been used or can be used in marketing adult and see if there's a blog version out there.

Interestingly, I wanted to add some more pages to the sites, and was looking at various options including wordpress as a stop-gap solution, rather that coding one. Since I am total newbie at WP, I was wondering if it is possible to create a custom page/theme that will integrate with my site.
As a WP guru, can you comment on whether it is possible or how easy/difficult it is? What I want is just a simple page layout with my logo and a banner in the header, some banners on the right side, and list (not matrix) of thumbnails or videos in the body, and perhaps a footer

Your site is returning a 500 error ... so it's hard for me to take a peek and see if an existing theme could be easily modified for you.

Which site did you look at?

Even though the "fake tube" sites I was referring to are already live, I am still in the closet with them here. I wanted to fix a few issues before I announce them. That being said, I am almost done with them, so I expect to make the "official announcement" later today.
