You offer all of your sites for free as "bonus sites" when someone decides to join one of your sites. "All ThugVids members get free & unlimited access to all our premium gay porn sites!" This devalues all of your sites.

I would highly recommend raising your price to $24.95 or $29.95 and doing a $9.95 3 day trial that converts to a 30 day membership at regular price and/or a $14.95 7 day trial that converts to a 30 day membership at regular price.

The stats for conversions to a regular 30 day membership for me have been great and you make 40% more in a 33 day period when they convert! Try this out and see if it works for you.
