The individual niches will all go to individual pages, right now the site has just enough on it to get approved by CCBill so that we can get the approval process started so that we can launch the new program and tube sites on time.

The clip suggestion we're actually working on however, i dont think that will be available for the launch but it will be something we 'add' to the tours later down the line when/if we notice the need to increase the tours productivity, we have that feature available but we're holding it back for now so that we have something to add to the sites later

No they will be made through CCBill.

Unlike TubeClicks, the sites and content are fully owned by us, we dont use any third party content, the tours are all using licensed, legal content as do the members areas.

It basically going to be a revshare program paying 50% of all sales and rebills for the life of the 'member'.

Right now the price point we are toying with is $29.95 a month recurring but, that is not final yet, it may be lowered.

Reason, we started out at $29.95 monthly. After 6 months, we lowered it to $24.95 and noticed an increase in conversions. Just food for thought.

We havent noticed any significant difference between $24.95, $29.95, $34.95 and $39.95 with paysite memberships in the past year during our testing so price point isnt really that big of a concern to us right now, im more than likely going to leave it at $29.95 for a few months to see how well that works, given that tube site membership sites are relatively new to the industry.

Have no plans to offer trials right now, whilst the additional realized revenue that trials generate through rebills is good, im a firm beleiver that trials only work towards diluting the value of a brand concept, allowing surfers to become members for a lower cost and downloading everything they can, cancelling, then re-joining when new updates happen. If we were using DRM then yes id be happy to use trials, however as we arent utilizing DRM the surfer can pay for a full membership

We need to be educating surfers to realizing they need to be spending more money to access porn sites, not less, with over 1000 DVDs used inside the Tube Tender sites affiliates areas, im more than happy to let surfers pay full price for access, as should our affiliates be.... Especially on the revshare business model.
