When i talk to people about specific price points, or pricing/billing options and they say im crazy for doing that and that im making shit up.

Only to find out a few months later that they are doing the same thing i said they should and are experience positive results from making the changes i suggested LOL

I had one guy a few months ago ask me about their members area and to suggest why they werent retaining members, i told them the members area wasnt busy enough and didnt offer the member any reason to stick around and actually 'check the site out'.

He said i was wrong and that the content would keep the members rebilling, even though for the prior 3 months to making the changes i suggested that hadnt been happening.

Now he's implemented a few of the changes i suggested and i just spoke with him and he is experiencing an increase in retention of about 20% LOL
