Im going to be offering a hosted POTD for Tube Tender but was wondering if you folks thought using screengrabs or regular image content would work best?

Right now im looking at doing screengrabs from the movies we have inside the various sites members areas, does anyone think this wouldnt be as good as offering regular image content on the POTD?

Thoughts please?
