I just made a whole batch of these today, just thinly sliced sweet potatos baked in the oven until they were crispy.

I have to say, they taste really good to and, are much cheaper than buying regular chips in the store.

Think i might be making these again, the only downside was the amount of time involved in actually baking them, having to turn them every 3-5 minutes was really monotanous after a while and i almost gave up LOL
