I've seen this debate once or twice over the years. Personally, I'd say at the very minimum that they're bi-sexual, simply because they're able to perform (ie: get aroused, enjoy the sex, have an orgasm). If there wasn't any sort of attraction, I don't think you'd be able to participate in a gay sex scene. (I'm not ignoring the fact his being jacked or sucked to get him hard is certainly doable, but that he's willing to reciprocate would, for me, define his sexuality)

I remember seeing a show a few years back on HBO or Showtime that had a couple of male performers talking about how they had gay sex on film for money (gay for pay) and how they had their wives/girlfriends come with them to the shoots.

As for the main issue, I think it's complex. Where does one draw the line between something that physically feels good and a sexual attraction? That's actually one of the things I've worried about a little with sites that have totally straight guys doing hardcore... what sort of effect does it have on their view of themselves (in terms of straight or gay), and are they aware that doing something like that could lead to some sense of confusion for them...

I agree that in some cases the people are actually bisexual, but I also think that it's very possible that it's simply a biological stimulation which is harder to ascribe to sexual orientation.
