I must admit, both Gary and i have put on about 10-15lbs in the last 6 months since closing the club (incidently, we both lost about 25lbs in 3 months of opening it) and its actually kind of annoying.
Do you folks do anything specific in order to get exercise on a regular basis whilst working?
I really do think in the New Year im going to start my running again, used to run around the block at least twice a day when i first moved over here but it slowly started getting less and less frequent.
Any tips you folks can share about how to keep fit whilst being an adult webmaster?
