Okay everyone here goes...

I am working on my hub right now and I am using a cms system for it. I have some experience with cms and I am comfortable with them, so...

Do you think if I added a forum for my visitors it would help to keep them interested and spending more time at my site?

No, do not add a forum, they can actually be counter-productive unless you have the traffic to, or time to seed the forum with multiple posts yourself.

The best way to keep surfers coming back is to keep building sites and adding them to your hub, the more new sites you can add each day or week, the more surfers will start coming back to your site to get their porn fix.

I think I had better start keeping things simple, huh? i get these ideas in my head and before I had a sounding board (GWW) I would get myself into these big overgrown projects and fail.
