When Companies Hire 'Non Adult' Persons To Handle Affiliate Support

Do you think it shows a lack of business acumen on their part?

If an affiliate rep has NEVER worked as an affiliate or affiliate rep, or even in the adult industry before, do you think they are capable of actually doing the job they were hired to do?

Your thoughts, would you promote a program that hired an individual from outside the industry to handle their adult affiliate relations?

Yeah but that is the one thing any business shouldnt cheap out on, even i know that and im the king of cost effective LOL

Shit, i still monitor each individual sites bandwidth along with individual FHGs to make sure they produce well.

Honestly, I think that a really sharp person, properly supported by other staff members, could be a fantastic affiliate rep. I have personally experienced so many lazy or downright incompetent affiliate reps, including many who have moved from company to company to company, that I could easily see how it might be better to bring someone from the mainstream community and train them.

Of course... if people are doing it simply to cheap out, then they'll get what they paid for
