My programmer just asked me a good question about this DMCA service we're putting together specifically, if attaching an electronic signature will be good enough for the DMCA template he will be adding to the system?
Im of the understanding that E signatures are fine when it comes to filing DMCA notices but i figured i would ask you folks to see what you thought about them.
