I would think you would be better off building several templates yourself and just using those to be honest.

That being said, if anyone is interested in purchasing it, we own the domain http://www.fhgtemplates.com and it was actually registered to do what you are looking for but for galleries.

We just never got around to hiring a designer to make the templates LOL

Lee, honestly... I would think that would be a huge money maker for you. There's a lot of people out there who are not sure how to begin, where to start, things of that nature. I know personally, we are looking for the same or similar. However, our designer is doing them for us. But with a template... that would be great.

Don't do it guy. Build your own. It's not hard.

The big benefit of building your own is you get to study the fine art of selling. And the listowners will be happier.

Maybe buy a few to study - but you can do that just visiting the linklists and looking at how others build.
