Since I can't get the admin to answer my question, does anybody know how many posts you have to have before you can post url's?
It changes constantly, although it is usually between 10-19 posts.
That being said, posts made in the announcements forum (or posts that have been constantly moved from the general forum to the announcements forum) wont count towards your total post count.
