Hehe, I hope that's 80% isn't coming out of the escort's fee. As a former escort I can't condone that. :

Seriously, I peeked at your site. One suggestion? If you look for an escort by country (say, USA) then pick a city, it flips over to that city's listings which is fine. But it forgets the country, so you have to re-select the country if you want to peek at another city. Very annoying.

You may also want to consider ditching the city listings altogether and group them by state. For large metro areas you can say CA - North, or NY - NYC.

It's not as specific, but take it from someone who escorted for nearly ten years -- clients and escorts vastly prefer it that way. It's a pain in the ass to scroll down a huge set of city listings looking for a city near you. It's fine if you're in NYC, but what about if you're out in New Jersey? We have literally dozens of possible cities that could be listed. (You have New York, NJ for example). I had to scan the entire list to look for the NJ cities, which defeats the entire purpose of putting them in cities in the first place.

(You could let people search by city or state listings -- that's one solution as well).
