Okay we've decided that we are going to have two levels of membership at the launch of our DMCA Tracker service and wanted a little feedback from you folks about how you thought the following levels of membership for the service would sound....
1) Free Accounts
Limited amount of DMCA notices allowed to be sent a week, we're thinking of setting this at a maximum of five (5) notices per week.
No reminders about non actioned DMCA requests.
Limits on how much general 'data' can be viewed (last 15 DMCA notices sent through the system instead of full list), no email addresses for infringers will be displayed, only urls of the infringers man website, this data will also not be sortable.
Limited amount of sent DMCA data on a per account basis.. See more below.
Can only send requests for 1 url per DMCA request notice.
2) Premium Accounts
Unlimited amount of DMCA notices will be allowed to be sent and can contain unlimited URLs for each DMCA notice owned by same infringer.
Access to full DMCA Tracker data, including urls, email addresses, how many notices were sent to infringer, whether the notices were honored or not, what type of content was being pirated, what type of website the pirated content appeared on, how quickly the notice was honored, how often the site has been sent DMCA notices, all of this data will be sortable by date, date range, alphabetized, all data will also be 'searchable' so if you have a specific peice of information about an infringer you can 'search' to find additional data about that company based on any previous notices they were sent.
Trackable, unique DMCA request IDs, displayed on a per account basis, in essence, you will have a unique identifyer for any notices you send which will be permanently archived in your account.
Ability to 'resend' any DMCA notices that were not honored.
Ability to choose whether to have your DMCA notice included in the overall statistics of all users, affects sites that have been sent notices, honored requests, etc, etc, etc on general statistics page for premium members only.
Thats a list of some of the 'basics' we're looking at including, so the feedback i need is as follows....
Is there anything else that should be included as 'standard' for either of the two account types that you could think of?
What information would YOU like to be able to see based on notices being sent out, in real-time, urls, email addies, types of content, types of site, etc, etc that we might have missed.
How much should the premium account users be charged, right now we're looking at between $15-$20 a month or a discounted rate for a 6 or 12 month membership.
Thanks in advance for any feedback you can offer on this
Regards,
Lee
