Has anyone else noticed that when adding a new domain name to their servers with 'actual' content on it, if you add them as soon as you have them registered, rather than waiting a few days/weeks that they seem to get much higher levels of organic search engine traffic and seem to get better results in the SERPs?

The past few months i have been running a small test with some of the new domain names that i have registered, 30% of them i added immediately to our server and put pages on them, 30% i added a few days after registering them and added pages to the domains and the remaining sites i added a few weeks after registering them with content and it appears that the sooner the domain name is added to the server, the more organic traffic and higher listings they get.

Has anyone else experienced this when it came to the top 3 search engines?

Lee
