Google Checkout - Anyone Used This Yet?

Im wondering how much use Google Checkout actually gets form people making online pruchasess, i know when they launched it was panned to be an alternative to using PayPal and was wondering what you folks thought about the service?

Do you think customers are actually using it to buy products online right now or do you think it is still to 'young' ?

i signed up for one of there accounts when they launched it but i dont think i have ever used it haha

we use it all the time. they run some great promos to get people to use it.

We researched into it for a program my hubby and I are about to launch - but the shopping cart system sucked for recurring billing.

I can see why PornTeam would use it though - but for anything that might be more of a "one off" sale, it is not a good program.

for us it works great for hard goods. I would need to check with their terms about subscriptions and non-hard good sales. Integration was very easy for us and works great with the google stats. during xmas, they offered $10 towards a purchase for the consumer if they used google check out. Which was great for us, since they paid us the full price of the sale.

There is a longer delay in getting your funds, unlike our merchant services direct with the back is 24 to 48 hours, google is 3 to 5 days depending on the transaction.
