Looks like the FSC screwed a lot of people over in this 'battle' to get money.. err... I mean protect the adult industry.

Will be interesting to see how many inspections (if any) start up now, im sure there have been a LOT of people on the governments checklist the last few years that probably still havent gotten their shit in order despite having plenty of time to do so.

word around the camp fire is that there has only ever been one serious round of inspections, and then it was only a handful of companies that were really hassled by the Fed more to just flex a little muscle and to make an example than because there was any serious suspicion.

I doubt they will spend too much of their time enforcing it. They're too busy protecting us from 19 year olds buying "water pipes" at head shops
