so how do i start a blog?

it looks like all i need to do is download wordpress and install it on my domain name, is it really that easyy to start a porn blog or am i missing some steps somewhere?

It really is that easy. You do need to create a database and put the database name, user name and database password into the wp-config-sample.php page that comes in the Wordpress zip file. Save it as wp-config.php and upload the folders and files, either to a subfolder or to your domain root, depending on where you want to have your blog.

Now type in the url to your install file and follow the directions. Be sure to use a legitamate email address so that you get a copy of the password it auto generates to login to your admin panel.

If you're on NatNet Hosting, put in a help ticket and they will install it for you. Other hosts often have a cpanel that includes various programs you can install with a click or two, and usually Wordpress is one of those offered.

so i basically just get my server company to setup a thing on my server and all i do is upload thats very cool might actually have a go at doing a blog if it is that easy thank you

because they are relatively easy to do, there are a lot of them popping up, so yeah, you have to worry about getting traffic to it that will return

Easy as pie. Way easier than pie. Making a pie is an ordeal comparitively.

Tinkering with the theme to get the look you want is harder, but still not terribly hard.

Creating the posts can be a hassle - writing and all.
