Do You Add Technorati, Digg, MyYahoo, Etc To Your Blogs?

So that readers can add your RSS feeds to whatever system they use to read entries via RSS feeds?

Do you think these are worth adding or not?

Are they actually good for anything other than letting a user add your rss feed to their reader of choice?

I use the subscribe me plugin that puts up buttons for various syndicates and I do use the technorati tags on some blogs, but not all. I also like the share this plugin for the social groups.

If it gets my sites shared, read, passed around, posted ... I'm all over it.

I wouldn't know if they get tos'd - i'm not the one sharing the link within the service from my "account".
