How To Get Hold Of Someone At CCBill Tech Support?

Been trying to get one of the guys at CCBill who have ICQ to help my programmer with some billing integration stuff since Friday and even managed to get my programmer on ICQ with one of the reps but he just messaged me today saying he STILL hasnt been given the information he needs.

Anyone know of a contact direct in the CCBill tech dept i can put my programmer in touch with, i really want to use CCBill/ECSuite as the billing provider for something we're working on but ill go with someone else if i have to.

Depending on how involved the conversation is, it might be simpler to get on the phone and simply be the translator between the programmer you're talking to over ICQ and the phone rep.

I do this occasionally. It keeps me in the loop about what's going on, so I can answer the questions if they come up again, and usually it doesn't take very long to get the issues resolved... and sometimes I can clarify between the two parties because I often understand exactly what I'm trying to accomplish best and can explain the issues between the parties.

Thatd actually be great unfortunately, i havent been able to get with anyone in tech.
