AEBN: anybody got an idea how to get them to call us?

I've now tried 3 separate times and left two separate phone messages in a bit over a week's time for our AEBN rep, whose name is apparently Trevor, but he also goes by some other name which I didn't write down.

I've never spoken to him, apparently we were assigned to him after our previous two reps left or were promoted or something.

I've told the receptionist, but she insists there's no one else to speak to, and neither of the voicemails have gotten a response, even though I've left phone and email contacts in the message.

Anybody got any ideas?

Chris used to be our rep, he was pretty responsive, so perhaps I'll give him a call.

I really have a hard time understanding why *anyone* in any industry whose responsibility it is to act in any sort of B2B sales position is anything less than completely diligent about returning calls or emails.

We all know that AEBN has moved into different directions the past 2 years. The most notable: The "mergers" with Naked Sword and Raging Stallion et.al.

Unless you (or I ) are Naked Sword or Raging Stallion (et.al.: Pistol), don't expect to be at the front of the line.

Trevor is the "brains" of the operation there! But, he's verrrrrrrry streeeeeeetched.

Trevor is very honest and "equal opportunity" to studios.

I always found Chris to be a bit more of the type that "plays favorites" to certain studios. I wasn't one of those favored.
