Was wondering if you folks knew of any trustable email collection box sponsors left in the industry, i must admit havent really heard or seen anything from programs having these types of offerings since Can-Spam came in to effect in '03.

Do any of you folks know of anyone offering a flat payout or a sponsor that carries our affiliate id through any promo emails that they send out to addies we collect from surfers on their behalf like how MaxCash used to have their Email Erotica program?
