Yeah, I'm a born and raised PA boy. And tho I've lived all over since then...... i still consider it my home and keep track of what's going on. IMO, Specter is flip-floppy. He's a flip-floppy dick who's just happened to flop the right way this time. And tho, for now, he's flopped in the right direction, all he's really done is emphasized the fact that he's now about as effective as a limp dick.
