Tried taking a few Tylenol and even walking around commando style but it still hurts, think ill be going the Dr's on Monday if it still hurts, didnt even get laid last night because it hurt so much, even though our Boy stayed the night

I would suggest going to the doctor asap. Depending on how much the testicle is twisted, it could impede blood flow. I have a friend who lost a testicle to gangrene as a result of testicular torsion.

btw, you must have an extraordinarily high tolerance for pain. The couple of people I know who have done that literally couldn't move the pain was so bad.

I wish i had done something Jacob, i literally just woke up and it was hurting, if it was due to rough sex like the last time it happened id be fine but i literally woke up in agony after not having done anything of a sexual nature haha

It actually stopped hurting last night, which was a good thing because our boy is coming to spend the night tonight so by tomorrow morning itll probably be hurting again but at least this time ill know why haha

We actually think it might have been the dog that caused it, i know both Gary and I have woken up before with what looked like hickeys on our necks because of the dog kicking in her sleep while she dreams, so we're putting this down to her kicking me in the nuts while alseep and dreaming.

Other than that, its all good now.

I feel so bad for you.

I did something similar -- I think I pinched a nerve. The pain shot from my balls up to my upper back. I could hardly move for days. NOTHING would take the pain away.

On that note, I would suggest going to the doctors. If anything, they'll get you high enough that you won't notice it so much.

The good news is that it shouldn't last longer than a few days -- although those few days are agony.
