Bill,

For those of us not in the know, does this mean that anyone taking on one of these servers will have to handle everything about it themselves or, is this just another way of saying that your techs still have total control over the servers but as customers we get to pick and choose the features we would like?

Hello Lee,

These are unmanaged dedicated servers so the customer has full control. NationalNet is still there should they need support but they are unmanaged.
