What Promo Tools Do You Really Hate?

We all have promo tools that we like but what are some that affiliate programs offer that you really hate, for me its those MSN/IM ad pop up things, especially the ones that you just cant close like they use on XTube that pop up constantly.

I know a lot of affiliates used to complain about popup and blur consoles but in hindsight, killing the console i really beleive was a bad idea because that spawned a whole new generation of ads that are more annoying.

So what type of promo tool that affiliate programs offer do you really dislike?

i hate popup windows most, those IM flash things doesnt annoy me that much. but popups on every page you browse through is a pain

Yep, i just HATE those popups also!
I myself have never used them and i won't! Just terrible thing!:hmm:

I despise popups and those little chat boxes that popup on the bottom right of the browser window :broccoli:

talking banners and those stupid chat applications on non adult script sites that ask if you want to speak with a sales rep they really annoy me!

oh and banners that have sound on them when you move your pointer over them like they used to have on gfy they would scare the shit out of me sometimes!

Anything overly aggressive shouting for my immediate attention, same exact things already mentioned...pop ups of course, but those chat pop ups...or here's a date in your home town (yeah, right). Maybe there's a word for this, but some pop ups are sneaky, you don't see them until you shut off the site, and then your screen is a pile of pop up windows.

Pop ups are really annoying especially the ones that you can not get rid off.
I would say they have to piss off a lot of people.:thumbsdown:
