anyone use Artisteer?

It's a software program you purchase to design blogs, forums, etc. from scratch. If you use it or know about it, is Artisteer good or not, or what are your opinions about the program?

(I thought this would go under the web design forum category, but all I see are mostly ads and requests for designers.)

I see it available to buy on most mainstream Wordpress template sites, but I can't tell you how good it is as I haven't tried it out yet.
