    Any Designers Just Do CSS Work?

    I have a page layout that i like but, when it comes to beautifying it, i really dont know what i want other than a specific color scheme, are there any designers that will take an existing HTML based layout and colorize it using CSS adding borders to images, backgrounds to tables/boxes, etc, etc?

    I dont really want to have a new page designed from scratch but rather just have the CSS coding implemented in to an existing design, does anyone do this type of work?

    I highly suggest Jacob for anyone. Jacob did a lot of work for us and we are going to use him again in the future for some other sites.
