Paysite Owners - What Is More Important To You Right Now?

During these hard economic times, i was curious to find out as a paysite owner, what is more important to you right now when it came to the sites you operate, retention or, getting new sales?

I must say that for me the last few months have been heavily focused on getting new in-house traffic and sales rather than improving our current retention rates.

Thats one of the reasons we update every single one of our members areas on a daily basis, there is simply no chance any surfer could become a member to any single Condom Cash site and download all of the content within 24 hours because we're always adding new image sets and movie clips.

Should be both Lee. I say this because you want to keep your members recurring. New sales are a plus however if you have a member that has been with you for a while, wouldn't you want to keep that member AND gain new members?
