What Is One Job You Absolutely Hate Doing In Adult?

For me its content management, specifically resizing, renaming and uploading content to the server.

Ive pretty much spent the last 7-10 days doing absolutely nothing but dealing with content, re-encoding our existing movie content, resizing and re-orientating our existing image content and today and yesterday were 'upload' days.

The next few days will be categorizing the stuff in our CMS ready for the launch of a new program we're putting together for a July launch.

So what is one job related to adult that you absolutely detest having to do?

Well, it's not actually a specific work in adult that I hate, but I really don't like any kind of administration work, as it keeps me from doing the things I really like to do and takes time away I could use for earning money.

On the other hand I especially like any kind of work that involves content.

Editing! Video editing is sooooooo boring and long! Takes forever and you stare at the screen for what seems like forever. :shock:

It's definitely gotta be content management.... spending hours upon hours just making sure everything is where it's suppose to be... very tough

I can most certainly understand that. We recently purchased a new CMS and you've got to input ALL of your membersite content, it's crazy. you gotta put in categories, models, descriptions, titles, groups, its crazy and so tedious.

LOL!! Yeah, I can relate to that one. Or at least I could. I went and bought another machine specifically for that task. Makes life SO much easier. Wow.

yes i do not like working with content also especially having to sort through the pictures to make sure they are in landscape or portrait before using them on gallery pages

Is it okay to list 2 things?

1. The 2257 stuff -
printing documents, double checking forms for birth dates and signatures, and tracking all the dates. I'm so paranoid about that stuff that I file all the paper copies then make back up disks once a month just in case.

2. The guys -
no shows, desperate cash calls, "I want, I want, I want", blah blah girlfriend problems, blah blah boy friend problems, car troubles, disconnected cell phones, can you take my pics down I want to be a cop now, and the list goes on. A few of the guys are very cool and reliable. The rest, well...

When I ran a port site I utterly loathed editing video if I was in it (which I usually was). For me, seeing myself on screen completely ruined any eroticism the video had and replaced it with self-loathing. It's always been that way, even when I was at the peak of my looks/body.

Fortunately my customers didn't see it that way and always bought the movies.
