Well, I'm finally getting around to mirroring some sites for ManCheck! But I wanted to know, do I need to re-sign up for ManCheckCash to be able to use the new banners? It's kinda confusing.

No, you don't need to sign-up again with MANcheckCash. Just login in with your existing login and password. And you're all set.

And yes, there's someone at the office every day of the week, so sites do get approved over the weekend.
