Anytime after that you sign up with CCBill you are giving a secondary affiliate # which is linked to your main account for purposes of payment, click and sale tracking, etc. That secondary number is commonly referred to as the PA#, as all CCBill URLs have a bit at the end that says "&PA=######".
To find your secondary affiliate #, the affiliate needs to log into CCBill. Then click on "tools". Then find the program on the list. The PA# is on the left under the column "Affiliate ID". If you wish, you can also click on "Get Banners" for that website. And inside the URL for the banner will be the full affiliate link to their website.
Frankly, it's a clunky and poor way of making affiliates find their linking code. And sometime it's made worse by the fact that some webmasters name their CCBill affiliate program "CCBill Affiliate Program" instead of "XYZ Porn Site Affiliate Program". Thus when you alphabetize your sites, you don't find your site under XYZ (or whatever). Very annoying, and CCBill should standardize affiliate names in their next version (if they ever get around to releasing one).
GayGeek is an affiliate of several hundred websites that use CCBill. Of those sites, three called their program "CCBill Affiliate Program" or somesuch. Two of them are obscure websites that don't matter very much. Amusingly, the third is Sean Cody. I'd call that a big oops on the part of their webmasters!
